Woven Walls: 30m x 1m (1.6mm thickness)
Woven Loose Lay: 5m x 5m (3.2mm thickness)
Method 1 (For residential and light traffic) :
The installation of vinyl flooring (loose lay) is simple and easy. Always make sure the subfloor surface is clean, completely dry, flat and free of cracks. Dirt on the surface will affect the performance of adhesive and may telegraph to the surface once installed. The level of humidity must comply with the values prescribed in current norms: as a general rule, a maximum of 2.5-3% for cementitious substrates and 0.5% for gypsum or anhydrite-based substrates. The vinyl tiles are then laid on the even subfloor plank by plank.
Method 2 (For commercial and heavy/severe traffic) :
Spread adhesive on subfloor before laying the vinyl tiles. Using a non-permanent glue allows you to replace easily a single plank and easy access to the subfloor or raised floor.
